Dr. Cherye Callegan

Dr. Callegan is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with two additional Certifications in Addiction through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction and Trauma.

She believes in an integrated approach to treatment of psychiatric disorders utilizing medication and psychotherapy which requires a more lengthy evaluation period and longer appointment times for treatment.  Her approach to treating trauma includes working with a multidisciplinary treatment team which integrates a medical model combined with therapies such as EMDR and Narrative Therapy.


Angela Oliver, LCDC


Angela has over 12 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and family systems struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression and other co occurring disorders.   Angela has an incredible gift in connecting with adolescents and young adults.  Angela excels in working with family systems in resolving conflict and forming healthier communication.

Holly Fancher, M.S., LCSW


Holly has seven years of experience working with adults and adolescents in residential and outpatient systems. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2010 with a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She specializes in addiction, trauma, stress management, anxiety and family dynamics.

Dennis Howard, MA, LCDC-I, LPC-Intern supervised by Joe Shaw


  Dennis is passionate about trauma and addiction healing, using experiential therapy modalities. He holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. He is trained in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) and has completed “Trauma Model Certification” training.

Dennis also holds an international MBA and a BA in Japanese from Arizona State University. He serves on the board of a non-profit organization dealing with men’s issues.
